My journey into psychology began during secondary school, sparking a lifelong passion for understanding the human mind. This enthusiasm led me to pursue advanced qualifications, ultimately specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

 

Over the past six plus years, I’ve had the privilege of working with the NHS’s IAPT/Talking Therapy services. This experience has allowed me to develop a therapeutic approach that is both clinically informed and deeply compassionate.

 

I believe in a personalised approach, working collaboratively to develop strategies that align with your specific goals and circumstances. My practice is grounded in empathy and respect, ensuring a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

As a member of the BABCP, I adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice and my practice is amplified by my experience working in the NHS adhering to NICE guidelines.
