Welcome

How can therapy help?

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by persistent worry or sadness? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven, practical approach to help individuals manage depression and anxiety disorders effectively. Together, we’ll explore the patterns of thoughts and behaviours that may be holding you back and develop tools to create meaningful change in your life.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. Whether you’re struggling with constant worry, feelings of hopelessness, depression, or difficulty managing day-to-day stress, I am here to help you reclaim a sense of balance and confidence.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, but it’s also an act of courage and self-care. If you’re ready to make positive changes and regain control of your emotional health, I’m here to help.

First we'll have a brief telephone consultation to determine your needs and whether we feel i would be the right fit for you.

Then you embark on your therapy journey as we work towards your goals as a team.

Throughout sessions you are set tailored homework tasks that will help you put the tools you learn into practice. This is done collaboratively and at your pace.

Overtime you will begin to see positive changes aligned with your goals for treatment and ultimately begin to feel better and more in control of your emotional and mental health
